Inquires come in

Time to answer calls, emails, texts and show your home. Open houses are not mandatory but suggested. Prefer for someone else to them? Ask about this service.

Review offers

You can choose to view offer(s) on a set day or as they are received. A Realtor on our team can assist you by phone to navigate this process. Offers can be accepted, rejected or countered. See our Sellers guide for more details.

SOLD!

Once an offer is accepted and the conditions are fulfilled your house is SOLDI Send the documents to your lawyer and start PACKING!
